CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) EXPENDITURE OF APPROPRIATIONS (§
23-135.20)

Appropriations, directly or indirectly, from the Commonwealth to the college
shall be expended as directed by the board of visitors of the Virginia
Polytechnic Institute and State University.
