CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) BOARD MAY FIX RATES, FEES AND CHARGES (§
23-155.8)

The board may fix the rates charged the students of the University for tuition,
fees and other necessary charges.
