CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) SCHOOL OF AGRICULTURE TO BE CONTINUED (§
23-165.10)

The school of agriculture at Virginia State University shall be continued. The
State Council of Higher Education and the institutions of higher education
concerned shall execute such administrative actions as are necessary to carry
out the purposes of this section.
