CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) UNIVERSITY A BODY CORPORATE UNDER CONTROL
OF BOARD (§ 23-166)

The institution shall continue to be a body corporate under the name and style
of the “Virginia State University.” It shall be under the
management, supervision and control of the board.
