CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) PURPOSES OF INSTITUTIONS TO ACQUIRE,
INSTALL, MODIFY, AND ERECT PROJECTS (§ 23-17)

In addition to any other purposes provided by law or otherwise, the purpose of
every institution shall be to acquire, install, modify, and erect any project as
defined in § 23-15.
