CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) CORPORATION ESTABLISHED UNDER CONTROL OF
GENERAL ASSEMBLY (§ 23-174.1)

The corporation composed of the board of visitors of Norfolk State College,
heretofore established by law, is continued as the board of visitors of Norfolk
State University under the style of “The Visitors of Norfolk State
University,” and which at all times shall be under the control of the
General Assembly. Whenever the term “Norfolk State College” is used
in any law of this Commonwealth, it shall be construed to mean Norfolk State
University.
