CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) DIPLOMAS, CERTIFICATES AND ASSOCIATE
DEGREES (§ 23-219)

The Board shall have the right to confer diplomas, certificates and associate
degrees.
