CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) ANNUAL REPORT (§ 23-227)

The Chancellor shall submit an annual report to the Governor and General
Assembly on or before November 1 of each year. Such report shall contain, at a
minimum, the annual financial statements for the year ending the preceding June
30 and the accounts and status of any ongoing capital projects.
