CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) AUTHORITY CREATED (§ 23-231.13)

With such funds as are appropriated or made available for this purpose, there is
hereby created and constituted a political subdivision of the Commonwealth to be
known as the Roanoke Higher Education Authority, hereinafter referred to as the
“Authority.”
