CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) ENFORCEMENT OF STANDARDS FOR PERSONNEL (§
23-231)

The Chancellor shall enforce the standards established by the Board for
personnel employed in the administration of this chapter and remove or cause to
be removed each employee who does not meet such standards.
