(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS (§ 23-233)

Upon application of the governing board of an institution, the circuit court of
the county or city wherein the institution is located, in its discretion, may,
by order, appoint the persons named in the application to be campus police
officers at such institution.
