CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) OFFICERS OF BOARD (§ 23-245)

The board shall select a chairman from its membership, and under rules adopted
by itself may elect one of its members as vice-chairman. It shall elect one of
its members as secretary.
