CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) BYLAWS; PRESIDENT OF MUSEUM (§ 23-253.2)

Such trustees shall adopt bylaws governing their organization and procedure and
may from time to time alter and amend the same. The trustees shall elect one of
their members president of the Museum.
