CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) CLASSES OF MEMBERSHIP; TESTAMENTARY
DISPOSITION (§ 23-253.5)

Such trustees are vested with full authority to establish classes of membership
in the Museum under such regulations as to them may seem proper. All members
making a contribution of $ 1,000 or more prior to June 27, 1958, may dispose of
their membership by last will and testament.
