(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) DISCRETION OF GOVERNOR IN GRANTING OR
WITHHOLDING CONSENT OR APPROVAL (§ 23-27)

The Governor is hereby vested with absolute discretion in respect to the
withholding or granting of any consent or approval required in connection with
any act or thing authorized by this chapter.
