CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) DEFINITIONS (§ 23-277)

As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly indicates
otherwise:”Board” means the Commonwealth Health Research
Board.”Council” means the State Council of Higher Education for
Virginia.”Fund” means the Commonwealth Health Research Fund.
