CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) REPORTS TO THE GOVERNOR AND GENERAL
ASSEMBLY (§ 23-286)

The Board shall submit a report annually to the Governor and the General
Assembly. The report shall include information regarding research efforts
supported by the Board and expenditures from the Fund.
