id="2551152" prefix="A"><text>Any public or private institution of higher education operating within the Commonwealth and having a teacher education program approved by the Board of Education may submit an application for formation of a college partnership laboratory school.</text><type>section</type><prefixes><section>A</section></prefixes><entire_prefix>A</entire_prefix><prefix_anchor>A</prefix_anchor><level>1</level></section><section id="2551153" prefix="B"><text>Each college partnership laboratory school application shall provide or describe thoroughly all of the following essential elements of the proposed school prefix="1"><text> An executive id="2551155" prefix="2"><text> The mission and vision of the proposed college partnership laboratory school, including identification of the targeted student population;</text><type>section</type><prefixes><section>B</section><section>2</section></prefixes><entire_prefix>B2</entire_prefix><prefix_anchor>B2</prefix_anchor><level>2</level></section><section id="2551156" prefix="3"><text> The proposed location of the school;</text><type>section</type><prefixes><section>B</section><section>3</section></prefixes><entire_prefix>B3</entire_prefix><prefix_anchor>B3</prefix_anchor><level>2</level></section><section id="2551157" prefix="4"><text> The grades to be served each year for the full term of the contract;</text><type>section</type><prefixes><section>B</section><section>4</section></prefixes><entire_prefix>B4</entire_prefix><prefix_anchor>B4</prefix_anchor><level>2</level></section><section id="2551158" prefix="5"><text> Minimum, planned, and maximum enrollment per grade per year for the term of the id="2551159" prefix="6"><text> Background information on the proposed founding governing board members and, if identified, the proposed school leadership and management id="2551161" prefix="8"><text> A description of the academic program aligned with state id="2551173" prefix="20"><text> A plan for the placement of college partnership laboratory school pupils, teachers, and employees upon termination or revocation of the id="2551183" prefix="30"><text> A sound facilities plan, including backup or contingency plans if appropriate;
