(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) DECISION OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION FINAL
(§ 23-299.6)

The decision of the Board of Education to grant or deny a college partnership
laboratory school application or to revoke or fail to renew an agreement shall
be final and not subject to appeal.
