CODE OF VIRGINIA (REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) ANNUAL REPORT; EXAMINATION OF RECORDS, BOOKS AND ACCOUNTS (ยง 23-30.36) The Authority shall submit an annual report to the Governor and General Assembly on or before November 1 of each year. Such report shall contain, at a minimum, the annual financial statements of the Authority for the year ending the preceding June 30. The records, books and accounts of the Authority shall be subject to examination and inspection by duly authorized representatives of the General Assembly and any bondholder or bondholders at any reasonable time, provided the business of the Authority is not unduly interrupted or interfered with thereby.
