CODE OF VIRGINIA (REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) SELECTION WHEN DONOR FAILS TO NOMINATE (§ 23-34) If such donor, or his heirs, or such guardian, shall fail for one year to nominate as aforesaid, the board of visitors, trustees, or corporate authorities may appropriate the income of such fund to the education and maintenance of indigent cadets or students, to be selected by them from the Commonwealth at large.
