CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) RECORDS OF FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS (§
23-38.106)

The governing body of a covered institution shall adopt a system of independent
financial management that includes bookkeeping and accounting procedures that
have been prescribed for governmental organizations by the Government Accounting
Standards Board.
