(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) SOIL SCIENTIST SCHOLARSHIPS; HOW PAYMENTS
MADE (§ 23-38.7)

The funds making up each scholarship shall be paid to the recipient thereof or
applied toward the payment of his expenses at the school in such a manner and at
such a time during the school year as determined by the president or other
proper officer of the school attended.
