(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) BOARD MAY FIX TUITION, FEES AND OTHER
CHARGES (§ 23-45)

The board of visitors may fix in their discretion, the rates charged the
students of the colleges for tuition, fees and other necessary charges.
