CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) BOARD MAY FIX TUITION, FEES AND OTHER
NECESSARY CHARGES (§ 23-49.18)

The board of visitors may fix, in their discretion, the rates charged the
students of the University for tuition, fees and other necessary charges.
