CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) CORPORATION ESTABLISHED (§ 23-50.4)

There is hereby established a corporation consisting of the board of visitors of
the Virginia Commonwealth University under the style of “Virginia
Commonwealth University,” and shall at all times be under the control of
the General Assembly.
