CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF CONSOL COUPON
BONDS OF STATE (§ 23-6)

The following sections of the Code of Virginia of 1919 are continued in effect:

   (1.  Section 991, relating to the exchange of consol coupon bonds held by
   colleges, etc., for funded registered consol bonds; and

   (2.  Section 992, relating to the cancellation of such bonds surrendered in
   exchange.
