CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) SECURED OBLIGATIONS (§ 23-65)

It shall not be lawful for the rector and visitors of the University of Virginia
to issue its obligations, to be secured by deed of trust on its real estate,
without the consent of the General Assembly previously obtained.
