(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) CONFIRMATION OF CERTAIN PROCEEDINGS AND
CONTRACTS (§ 23-77)

All proceedings heretofore had before any court or in any clerk’s office,
and all contracts heretofore entered into, for acquiring land by condemnation or
purchase, for any of the purposes mentioned in § 23-76, are hereby confirmed
and made valid.
