(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) TESTIMONIALS TO STUDENTS (§ 23-78)

The board shall examine into the progress of the students in each year, and
shall give to those who excel in any branch of learning such honorary
testimonials of approbation as they deem proper.
