CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (§ 23-95.1)

The board of visitors may appoint an executive committee from its own body for
the purpose of transacting business during the recess of the board. Such
executive committee shall consist of not less than three nor more than five
members, one of whom shall be the president.
