CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) BYLAWS AND REGULATIONS (§ 23-99)

The board may make bylaws and regulations for their own government and the
management of the affairs of the Institute, and may, for the purpose of
transacting such business as, in its opinion, can be properly transacted by a
less number than the majority, authorize not less than four members to
constitute a quorum.
