CODE OF VIRGINIA

(EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) DISCRETION OF GOVERNOR IN GRANTING OR WITHHOLDING
CONSENT OR APPROVAL (§ 23.1-1118)

The Governor is vested with absolute discretion with respect to withholding or
granting any consent or approval made pursuant to this chapter.
