CODE OF VIRGINIA

(EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF CONSOL COUPON BONDS OF
THE COMMONWEALTH (§ 23.1-1120)

The following sections of the Code of Virginia of 1919 are continued in effect:

   1.  Section 991, relating to the exchange of consol coupon bonds held by
   colleges, etc., for funded registered consol bonds; and

   2.  Section 992, relating to the cancellation of such bonds surrendered in
   exchange.
