(EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER TO CONTROL (§ 23.1-1122)

Insofar as the provisions of this chapter are inconsistent with the provisions
of any other general or special law or the charter or other organic law of any
institution, the provisions of this chapter control.
