CODE OF VIRGINIA

(EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) DUTIES; ADMINISTRATION OF ASSETS, MONEYS, OR
OBLIGATIONS (§ 23.1-1204)

The Authority shall manage and administer all assets, moneys, or obligations set
aside and transferred to it by the General Assembly or eligible institutions as
provided in this article.
