CODE OF VIRGINIA

(EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) ANNUAL AUDIT (§ 23.1-1217)

The Auditor of Public Accounts or his legally authorized representatives shall
annually audit the accounts of the Authority, and the cost of such audit shall
be borne by the Authority.
