(EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) ARTICLE CONTROLS INCONSISTENT LAWS (§ 23.1-1238)

To the extent that the provisions of this article are inconsistent with the
provisions of any general statute or special act or parts thereof, the
provisions of this article control.
