CODE OF VIRGINIA

(EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) GOVERNING BOARDS; EXPENSES OF MEMBERS (§ 23.1-1307)

Members of the governing board of each public institution of higher education
shall be reimbursed for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in the
performance of their duties. Funding for the expenses of the members shall be
provided by the institution.
