CODE OF VIRGINIA

(EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) POWERS AND DUTIES (§ 23.1-1702)

A. The board shall appoint all teachers and agents and fix their salaries and
generally direct the affairs of the University.

B. The board may confer degrees.
