CODE OF VIRGINIA

(EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) PROCESS OR NOTICE (§ 23.1-2307)

Process against or notice to the board shall be served only in the City of
Richmond upon the rector, vice-rector, or secretary of the board or the
president of the University.
