CODE OF VIRGINIA

(EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) POWERS AND DUTIES (§ 23.1-2702)

A. The board shall appoint all professors, teachers, and agents, fix their
salaries, and generally direct the affairs of the University.

B. The board may confer degrees.
