(EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) DISCRIMINATION PROHIBITED (§ 23.1-3011)

In hiring practices and in the procurement of goods and services, the Medical
School shall not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color,
religion, national origin, sex, pregnancy, childbirth or related medical
conditions, age, marital status, or disability.
