CODE OF VIRGINIA

(EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) VIRGINIA MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS ESTABLISHED (§
23.1-3216)

The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts is established as an educational institution in
the Commonwealth and a public body and instrumentality for the dissemination of
education.
