CODE OF VIRGINIA

(EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIPS (§ 23.1-613)

The alumni association of any public institution of higher education may provide
for and maintain a scholarship fund by annual contributions under such criteria
as may be prescribed.
