CODE OF VIRGINIA

(EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) DETERMINATION OF SENIOR CITIZEN STATUS; FORMS (§
23.1-642)

The registrar or other admissions officer of each public institution of higher
education shall determine whether an individual is a senior citizen pursuant to
the provisions of this article and may require senior citizens to execute
appropriate forms to request the benefits provided by this article.
