CODE OF VIRGINIA

(EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM ON HUMAN IMMUNODEFICIENCY VIRUS
INFECTION (§ 23.1-801)

Each public institution of higher education, in cooperation with the Department
of Health, shall develop and implement educational programs for college students
on the etiology, effects, and prevention of infection with human
immunodeficiency virus.
