CODE OF VIRGINIA

(EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) OFFICERS AND MEMBERS TO COMPLY WITH REQUIREMENTS OF
DEPARTMENT OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE SERVICES (§ 23.1-813)

All individuals appointed and employed as campus police officers or members of
an auxiliary police force pursuant to this article shall comply with the
requirements for law-enforcement officers as established by the Department of
Criminal Justice Services pursuant to Chapter 1 (§ 9.1-100 et seq.) of Title
9.1.
