CODE OF VIRGINIA

DUTY OF DEPARTMENT OF ELECTIONS; VERIFICATION OF REGISTERED VOTER LISTS (§
24.2-404.3)

On or before October 1 of each year, the Department shall conduct a match of the
Virginia registered voter lists with the list of deceased persons maintained by
the Social Security Administration.
