CODE OF VIRGINIA

APPEAL FROM DECISION OF COURT (§ 24.2-433)

From the judgment of the court, an appeal shall lie, as a matter of right, to
the Supreme Court of Virginia.  The appeal shall be placed on the privileged
docket and be heard at the next ensuing session of the court.
